Prosthetist Orthotist

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Provide care to patients with limb loss by preparing and fitting prosthetic devices in consultation with other Practitioners.
- Provide care to patients with disabling conditions of limbs and spine by preparing and fitting orthopedic braces in consultation with other Practitioners.
- Examine and evaluate patient’s needs in relation to their limb and/or functional loss, disease, and ordering physician’s prescription.
- Select materials, making cast measurements, model modifications, and design of prosthetic and orthotic devices.
- Perform fitting, including static and dynamic alignments.
- Make adjustments to assure fit, function and quality of work.
- Instruct patients in the use of their prosthetic and/or orthotic device(s).
- Maintain clinical records in a timely fashion.
- Interact with lab with appropriate work orders in a timely fashion on all prosthetic and custom orthotic devices.
- Treat patients in outside clinical settings such as hospitals and house visits.
- Attend clinics in representation of the Company.
- Travel to other states to treat patients and attend clinics at least once every 2 weeks.

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
