Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and reference checks.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure efficient and effective recruitment procedures.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, paperwork completion, and benefits enrolment.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances and disciplinary issues, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws.
- Promote a positive work environment by fostering employee engagement and addressing employee concerns.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Assist in the implementation of performance management programs, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and individual development plans.
- Support the performance management process by providing guidance to supervisors and employees.
- Assist in conducting performance evaluations and maintaining performance records.
- Monitor performance improvement plans and provide feedback to managers and employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant Manager or similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Min of 3 to 6 years of human resource senior role experience preferred.
- Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
