We are looking for a reliable and efficient Despatch to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include sending letters and collecting payments, which are essential tasks for our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering letters, documents, and parcels to specified locations promptly and accurately.
- Collecting payments from customers or clients as instructed.
- Ensuring all deliveries and collections are completed within designated timeframes.
- Maintaining records of deliveries, payments collected, and any relevant documentation.
- Providing excellent customer service during deliveries and collections.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driving license and a reliable mode of transportation.
- Proven experience in a similar role, particularly in letter delivery and payment collection.
- Good knowledge of local routes and areas for efficient navigation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent time management skills and a strong sense of responsibility.

Additional Information:

- This position requires physical mobility and the ability to lift and carry items when necessary.
- Working hours may vary and could include occasional weekends or evenings based on business needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: RM1,200.00 - RM1,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
