We are looking for people with management skills, automotive knowledge, take responsibility on their job, willing to learn and team player Job Responsibilities : -Responsible to manage by organzing and leading the services advisors in their ahievement of targeted sales. -To plan and manage the front office reception to achieve targeted customer Satisfaction Index. -Ensure strict compliance to Company's policy and procedures pertaining to warranty, Back Orders, Follow up, appointments and service reminders. -Responsible for effective utilization of SAP system to monitor and control WIP, Back orders, Follow up, appointments and service reminders. -Ensure prompt submission of well documented service campaigns, technicial report and fix it right programme Job Requirements : -With one(1) year automotive experience and we encourage fresh graduate to apply.
