**职位描述**:
我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的培训师，如具备在中医学或治疗领域的培训和发展方面的专业技能为理想的候选人。您将通过有针对性的培训举措，对从业者的临床和治疗技能进行重要的提升。

**职责**:

- 制定、设计并实施中医师和治疗师的专业培训计划。
- 创作引人入胜且互动性强的培训材料，以满足参与者的特定需求。
- 整合动手实践和案例研究，增强在实际应用中的能力。
- 创新并更新培训大纲，以符合行业最佳实践。
- 实施质量保证措施，评估培训计划的有效性。

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, design, and implement specialized training programs for TCM physicians and therapists.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials tailored to the specific needs of the participants.
- Innovate and update training curriculum to align with industry best practices.
- Implement quality assurance measures to assess the effectiveness of training programs.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably Bachelor's Degree in TCM or equivalent related qualification.
- Additional certifications or qualifications related to training and education are a plus.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible approach to training methodologies, accommodating different learning styles.
