Ensure good nursery layout, cleanliness, staff schedule, menu and others - Staff monitoring and personnel development planning (training and other related) - Ensure that the nursery follows all SOPs that have been set by the JKM - Implement engagement with parents from time to time - Obtain parents' feedback and plan actions to improve at an immediate rate - Establish a systematic work system in the nursery Monitor child development through care and training provided - Handling alignment meeting with teachers - Forecast cost effectiveness at Geokidz - class openings and others Requirements - Have at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Kursus Asuhan Permata (KAP) or Diploma in Early Childhood Education. - Caring, Trusted and Responsible. - Emphasis on hygiene and safety aspects. - Priority is given to whom with experience relating primarily to childcare. - Interested in early childhood care and education. -Willing to work at Setiawangsa KL
