**Job Description and Qualifications**

Purpose

Implement the supplementary work and part production tasks during the production.**Nature and Scope**
Assists production workers implement the supplementary work during the production.
- PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Familiar with operation of different kinds of hand power tools;
- Operate cranes, forklifts and other similar equipments to transfer parts, degrease, etc. during production;
- Involve the activities of improvement and trainings in workshop;
- Any other assigned work.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

**Qualification**
1, Middle school background or above;
- 2, Good communication skill, teamwork and high sense of responsibility**Experience**
1, At least two years working experience in an equipment manufacturing environment**Preferred**
1, Forklift driving and operation crane certificate is preferred.
