Executive, Packing

Ensure the Standard Operating Procedures & Work Instructions are updated and correctly implemented
- Supervise the progress of inspection and packing to avoid mistake
- Ensure good discipline and performance of workers
- Provide training to new workers & maintain good housekeeping
- Monitor and maintain the most optimum inventory quantity levels for gloves, optimum shall mean adequate and not excessive
- Oversee packing group’s mistake records. Synchronize and balance the manufacturing capacities (i.e. raw materials stock, packing materials availability, hand moulds availability, off line powder free process capacity) of the factory in a pro-active manner.
- Evaluate and plan to execute the priority customers' orders base on management's instruction.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
