Subang Jaya, Malaysia TT Freights & Logistics Full time

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 20 to 35 years old.
- Fluency in English & Mandarin are preferred
- Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Freight Forwarding or equivalent.
- Able to work independently & communicate effectively.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Fully conversant with import and export laws and regulations, maintain basic understanding, and keep up-to-date with changes in import and export restrictions, tariff systems, insurance requirements, and all other customs-related matters from time to time.
- To process customers' orders in time and in full arrangement to ensure delivery Satisfaction.
- To handle pre-alerts from agents, communicate and coordinate with overseas offices, local vendors & customers pertaining to quotation & shipment arrangement.
- To have a connection with coloaders business.
- Responsible for updating and performing custom declaration, calculating and processing duties and taxes to be paid. Arrange for payment of taxes and duties on shipments.
- Coordinate with clients about factors such as shipping options, timelines, transfers, or regulations affecting shipments.
- Determine the method of shipment and prepare or advise for bill of lading preparation, invoices, and other shipping documents.
- Prepare documentation according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures.
