Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Support administrative and operation staff in terms of document preparations, supply inquiry etc.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments for company’s program, outstation staff etc.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Organize and maintain personnel records/internal database
- Prepare and submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- D/B2 License (preferred)
