**Full job description**

We are on the hunt for a dedicated and creative Sales Specialist to become a part of our team You will be instrumental in forging our company’s future, establishing strong client relationships, and consistently meeting sales targets.

**Location**:
Summary:
Plan and implement creative sales and marketing strategies. ~Sales Planning

Identify and engage potential new clients. ~Find new clients

Drive initiatives to boost sales volume. ~Make more sales

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, attract potential customers, and drive sales.

Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of these strategies, making adjustments as necessary to maximize their impact.

Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and securing repeat business and fostering customer loyalty.

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas, while contributing to the overall performance of the team.

Remuneration:
Base salary + allowance + Commission + Performance Bonus + Sign Up Bonus

Qualifications:
Strong determination and/or proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Quick learner with an open mindset.

Experiences:
Currently working in a sales or marketing position.

It will be advantageous if you have any experience in the snacks, toys, F&B, FMCG and retail industries.

It will be very advantageous if you have existing network of contact that might be able to increase our sales and key accounts.

Those with ability or experience in selling online will be a big plus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
