- To be based on customer premise
- Monitoring of day-to-day of Data Centre devices and maintaining and optimally controlled environment for network and servers.
- Monitoring of Data Centre Temperature and HVAC Equipment.
- To take up new job task / instructions from technical engineer for customer service improvements.
- Respond to customers network/systems incidents during working and after working hours
- Perform scheduled night job activities when necessary
- Provides customer support through installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of equipment and systems. Responsible for creation and tracking of trouble tickets and service request tickets and resolution of escalated support incidents.
- Communicate with customers while investigating or providing problem resolution.
**Job Requirements**
- Need to be based in Alor Gajah, Melaka
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply
- Required language(s): English, Malay
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Willing to work in shift.
- Possess driving license and a transport.
- Good working and learning attitude.
