It's a contact position up to 31 March 2025

Key Responsibilities:
You will play an important role in the construction of a new medical facility in Nusajaya, Johor Bahru

You shall be incharged of a group of QS on both CSA and MEP works. This will include, but not limited to, the following key responsibilities:
1. Certificate of Payment (COP)
- Ensure that COP is correct and completed in a timely manner for signatures, prior to client's datelines.
- Liaise with vendors and Vertical Leads of both WKL and client regarding matters on COP.

2. Construction Management Firm Instruction (CMFI)
- Ensure that CMFI is submitted in a timely manner and to follow up on all revised Purchase Orders (POs) subsequent to approved CMFI.
- “Follow up” will include liaising with client's Vertical Leads as well as client's in oversea. It will also include discussion with vendors.

3. Final Statement of Account (FSOA)
- Ensure that FSOA is completed and closed for all packages and/or purchase orders.
- Liaise with vendors and Vertical Leads regarding Delay Matrix.

4. Document Control (DC)
- You shall liaise with Senior Document Controller with regards to the timely sending out and receiving of documents from relevant parties (vendors, Vertical Leads, client, etc)

These documents are in relation to COP, CMFI, FSOA, etc.

5. You shall carry out works as and when instructed by the Project Manager or the Project Director.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying/Mechanical/Electrical or MEP relevant courses
- At least 8 years supervisory role in the relevant working experience
- Working experience for Industrial project is a must for this position
- Independent yet can work well in a team
- Proactive and excellent in problems solving
- Must be able to work full time at the site office at SILC, Nusajaya from Monday to Saturday (alternate)
- Job Type: Permanent

**Salary**: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
