Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels, identify low-stock items, and initiate the procurement process to replenish supplies.
- Utilize inventory management software or systems to track and manage inventory.
- Maintain a well-organized and clean store environment. Ensure that items are appropriately labelled, stored, and easily accessible.
- Implement proper storage techniques to maximize space utilization and prevent damage or loss of goods.
- Follow safety guidelines and handle hazardous materials with care, if applicable.
- Receive and review requests for goods from internal departments or customers.
- Prepare items for issuance, ensuring accurate quantities and appropriate documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of requested items.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of stock movement, receipts, issuances, and returns.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock discrepancies, and other relevant metrics as required.
- Provide regular updates regarding stock availability, issues, and potential concerns.
- Conduct regular inspections of goods to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify and report any damaged or faulty items and coordinate with suppliers or vendors for replacements or refunds.
- Implement quality control measures to minimize errors and discrepancies.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to storekeeping activities.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents to the Warehouse Manager.

**Job Requirement**:

- High school or equivalent (additional education in sales or business-related field is a plus).
- Proven experience in a storekeeper or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory management.
- Familiarity with inventory management software or systems.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and lift heavy objects, if required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as and when needed.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
