Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team as we continue to elevate the visual presence of the HABIB brand and its affiliated brands. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating compelling visual materials for both print and digital platforms, producing materials based on the company brand guidelines under the HABIB Group.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Create and design a wide range of materials for both print and digital platforms, including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, flyers, TV content, and social media assets.
- Take ownership of the design process from conception to final artwork (FA), ensuring alignment with the HABIB brand identity and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand strategic direction and translate it into visually captivating designs that convey the brand's essence.
- Develop videos and digital assets that resonate with the brand's values and engage our target audience effectively.
- Provide creative input for campaigns, projects, and photo/video shoots, contributing innovative ideas that enhance the visual narrative.
- Uphold the HABIB brand's high standards and quality across all design outputs, maintaining consistency and excellence.
- Stay updated on design trends, market insights, and historical perspectives to infuse your work with relevance and freshness.
- Manage deadlines effectively to ensure timely delivery of design projects, adapting to changing priorities when necessary.

**Job requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing your expertise across print and digital media.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro are added advantage
- Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate them into cohesive design solutions.
- Experience in creating videos and digital assets using animation and video editing tools.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Creative flair and the ability to think outside the box while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines.
- Solid time management skills and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Up-to-date with design trends, market insights, and cultural nuances that inform contemporary design.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
