**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- To oversight of the local business process and requirements, analyze, document and propose functional process improvements and standardization across business units and to prepare functional compliance criteria for the project.
- Performs work with consistency, accuracy, responsiveness.
- Ensure all the process are in compliance with standards and policies
- Strong understanding of business process, business drivers and organization, strong coordination with business analysts
- Have excellent IT teamwork and good working relationship with other business departments
- Understand the business environment and adapt the business to the software
- Make the necessary adjustment required in BOSS to work together with MS Dynamics
- To support business process improvements, innovation and benchmarking
- Make excellent IT teamwork and good relationship with the other business departments
- Abides by internal and external codes of ethics and confidentiality with regards to information maintained by Advancement
- Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
- Work well in stressful environment
- Working with different culture and language

**KRA (Accountability)**
- Analysis and Solution Definition-Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges, reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution, develops functional specifications and system design specifications
- Technical Recommendation and Testing-Leads testing efforts, ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner, works with business people to identify required changes, communicates needed changes to IT team
- Project Execution-Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules, takes input from sponsor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback, communicates and applies project standards
- Developing complete vision on business processes and IT systems mapping
- Collect business needs as soon as they appear, analyze them and propose them to the project/requests plan
- Better understanding business part-Close relationship with business people, key users, business owners
- External relationship - Supplier & Third Party Company - Collaborate Co-work for technical issues and enhance a performance and relationship
- Internal relationship - Analysis of Business, support and accomplish of approved IT Project, review of various requirements, collaborations

**Requirements**:

- **At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in ERP implementation, configuration, system design or related business experience**:

- Required Skill(s)**:Strong understanding in ERP software/system preferably MS Dynamics AX 2012 R3, X++ language programming working/hands-on experience, MS SQL database knowledge is an added advantage, Technically sound in troubleshooting issues for MS Dynamics**:

- AX 2012 R3, Presentation Skills
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
- Experience with Microsoft Visio or other process modelling tools preferred
- Excellent English writing skills and verbal skills
- **Mandarin speaking** is preferred

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
