Fiber Technician

**JOB BRIEF**

Telecommunications technicians install, test, maintain and troubleshoot telecommunications systems. They repair or replace defective devices and equipment and maintain a safe working environment and a complete inventory of supplies. They also provide user or customer assistance.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- To operate and managed Fast Robot for clamp installation
- To carry out maintenance work on existing network
- To support implementation and installation of the project scheduled by PMO
- To work on shift for any network crisis.
- NOC will communicate direct with Standby Team regarding faulty network./ site down and Standby Team must reach reported sites in 30minutes.
- To update the progress of restoration every 30minute to NOC
- Upon complete the restoration, the team leader must prepare summary report for NOC to digest.
- To carry out tasks assigned by the superior and/or anybody assigned by the superior.

**Job Requirement**

Possess:

- NIOSH (AESP, AGT, WAH), CIDB
