**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a technical field such as computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Are you a keen learner? We have been looking for a technician student who is eager to grow.
- Training will be provided as long as you are keen to learn.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Have a positive attitude, be approachable, and believe in team spirit.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Possess own transportation
- We prefer Non-smoker because we want all staff to stay in a healthy environment.
- Able to work from **Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 am until 6:00 pm**, and at the service center (Branch) will be 6 days every **Monday to Sunday (Irregular 1 day off) from 10.00 am to 9.00 pm.**:
- Minimum internship period of 3 months.

**Responsibilities**:
- Proficiency with computer technologies, tools and devices to improve learning, productivity and performance
- Repair customer’s device problem
- Technical assemble, installation, and test of electronic devices
- Analyze results to evaluate performance and identify defects
- Follow up post repair to ensure all technical issues are resolved
- Provide support in troubleshooting PC / Server hardware setup and troubleshooting software issues
- Resolving network and connectivity issues
- Testing and packing customers' orders
- Testing the item warranty and recording a video of it
- Editing and merging videos
- Sending parcels to a nearby courier hub or lorry
- Report issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor
