- Handle general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, inventory, mailing, invoicing and etc.
- Custodian of the staff information update ad attend to all queries with regards to staff matters i.e leave management.
- Handle any other ad-hocks tasks assigned by superior.
- At least one year of working experience in related field
- Computer literate and knowledge in computerized system
- Hard working, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
- Possess good customer service and communication skills
- Good initiatives, ability to meet deadline and multitasking
