We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department by managing sales orders, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations.

**Responsibilities**

**1) Sales Order Management**:

- Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor order status and address any discrepancies or issues proactively.

**2) Client Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, order updates, and general sales-related queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly and professionally.

**3) Sales Support**:

- Assist sales team members in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Generate sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and promotional events as required.

**4) Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock availability.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
- Assist in managing product pricing and promotions in coordination with the sales and marketing teams.

**5) Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate sales records, including contracts, agreements, and customer profiles.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Previous experience in sales support or coordination role, preferably in the chemical manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

**Working Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri)**

**Location: Kota Damansara, PJ**

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
