**Documentation Management**: Maintain accurate and organized client files, databases, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- **Record Keeping**: Assist in maintaining financial records, invoices, and other accounting-related documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for audit and review purposes.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- **Client Coordination**: Assist in managing client communications, addressing inquiries, and coordinating meetings and appointments between clients and firm representatives.
- **Office Management**: Support office operations by handling incoming calls, managing mail, and coordinating office logistics.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per month
