**The hiring company**
This company is a integrated transport and logistics company, providing international freight forwarding and logistics services across Asia, Australia and Europe/America continents. Currently they have two openings in the operations works at their warehouse facilities at the North Port in Port Klang area. They are looking for experienced warehouse workers to undertake the warehouse operations functions at their Container Terminal at North Port (NDSB) in Port Klang.

The vacancy is permanent position and form part of the warehouse operations team to manage the cargo/shipments that have have been imported or to be exported.

**Duties & Roles**
As Warehouse Administration & Operations Assistant, you will be responsible to carry out the following duties:

- Perform and verification check activities of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading,invoices,orders and other records.
- Carry out verification checks on customer order,shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed.
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments,reject damaged items, record shortages and correspond with shippers to rectify damages and shortages.
- Record shipment information/data,such as weight,measurements, charges
- Pack shipping containers,creating shipping labels and shipping documents.
- Loading and unloading of goods/cargo.
- Generate and maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation.
- Malaysian in age group 23-35.
- Punctual with positive work ethic.
- Physically fit with ability to lift and carry.
- Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics Management or Business.
- Forklift license is necessary; a forklift license would be ideal, useful and beneficial.
- 2-3 years of previous warehouse operations, especially in 3PL facility has a huge advantage and will be highly regarded.
- Hands on and hardworking with knowledge of both warehouse and logistics practices.
