Project Overview:
Providing Support for Gamers on various Game apps.
Job Summary:
L1 - L2 support, On-site or Remote Support for Gaming App/Online games.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients, & working to establish a positive relationship with them.
- Sometimes required to use some level of judgement in defining solutions, adapt existing process, and escalate critical or more complex queries to the next level for resolution.
- Have the ability to deliver quality work in a fast paced environment.
- Understand client policies and guidelines.
- Attend and solve doubts complaints and comments to users/customers.
- Ability to perform different tasks at once.
- Flexible to work in shifts.
Applicant’s Specifications & Qualification:
A Bachelor’s degree in any stream, or a related discipline
Excellent communication and Proficiency in Grammar(In English & Korean Language)
Problem-solving and logical reasoning skills
Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic work environment
Ability to handle pressure and a natural go getter
Training & Certification:
Training will be commenced and completed in one month. Associates will go through multiple assessments during this period.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
