**Responsibilities / Accountabilities**

Primary:

- prepare Front-End machine program, set up machine and take temperature profile for FA build.
- Perform daily & weekly preventive maintenance to ensure all Front-End machines are in good condition.
- Run daily operation of Front-End machine based on productions schedule.

Secondary:

- Conduct process evaluations and data collection for process validation and standardization.

**Job Duties**

1. Attend to machine related issue as per feedback from production and recover the machine within shortest time.
2. Extend support to first level troubleshooting as and when required.

3. Assist Engineer to maintain machine preventive maintenance program (PM) is in place, all equipment’s calibration & PM are conformed to the requirements, and all relevant documents are updated. 4. Carry out daliy & weekly maintenance of printer, pick & place machine and other soldering equipments.
5. Responsible for monitoring on the efficiency and effectiveness of existing maintenance program and make proposal for improvements. 6. Propose and involve in continuous improvements projects (CIPs) with the use of simple statistical tools (eg, Process flow chart, Pareto chart, Cause and Effect diagram, etc.). 7. Prepare Front-End machine program for FA build and amend the program due to engineering change. 8. Taking Temperature profile on reflow, VP and wave soldering machine for FA build or process improvement.
9. To ensure machine spare parts and fixtures are sufficient, well-kept and organized. 10. Assist Engineer to make sure all machine related documents are updated and proper maintained (eg. PM records, PR and any other engineering reports). 11. Any other duties assigned by superior from time to time. **Minimum job requirements**:

- Qualification : Diploma or equivalent in Engineering.

Experience : 2 years related experience in PCB Assembly Environment.

Special skills / knowledge / certifications / licenses:
Knowledge:

- Able to understand the mechanical drawing and circuit diagram (blue prints) of multilayer boards.
Skill set:

- 5S, 7-Waste, Continuous Improvement projects, PDCA, A3 Problem Solving, 8-Discipline or equivalent bizSAFE Awareness or equivalent.
Ability:

- Able to use simple statistical tools (eg, Process flow chart, Pareto Cause and Effect, etc.).
Other Characteristics:

- Keen in continuous learning of new manufacturing technology.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
