**Position Summary**

The Project Coordinator Intern will work closely with the project management team to support the successful execution of projects and initiatives within the organization. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in project coordination, communication, and problem-solving.

**Key Responsibility**
- **Assist in Project Planning**: Work with project managers to set project goals and what needs to be done.
- **Project Documentation**: Keep project records like plans, schedules, and meeting notes.
- **Communication**: Help team members, stakeholders, and partners talk to each other about the project's progress.
- **Task Management**: Assign tasks to team members, make sure they finish on time.
- **Risk Management**: Find problems that could harm the project and help make plans to avoid them.
- **Resource Coordination**: Arrange people, tools, and materials needed for the project.
- **Quality Control**: Check if project work meets quality standards.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Set up project meetings, create meeting plans, and write down what's discussed.
- **Data Analysis**: Gather and study project data to help with decisions.
- **Learning and Development**: Attend training and meetings to get better at managing projects.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: From RM400.00 per month
