Job Description:
1. Managing team - Operate, monitor and control Central Monitoring Centre (CMS) with complying all SOP, legislation and best practice.

To ensure all PC in each remote site working properly. Control via AnyDesk Software.

2. Providing assistant to client/visitor via online and deal efficiently with all enquiries.

3. Perform troubleshooting to system failures and identify bottlenecks to ensure long term efficiency of network.

4. Inspect LAN infrastructure and fix minor or major problems/bugs

Test and configure software and maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices

5. Evaluate network performance and find ways of improvement, Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance all computer.

6. Do regular data backups to protect the organization’s information.

7. Provide technical direction to co-workers on computer and network usage and offer comprehensive advice and instruction.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum SPM and able to read, write and communicate in BM and English.

2. Able to work in shift and overtime when required.

3. Able to travel by own transport to Main Office located at Setia Alam (Nearby Lotus Setia Alam).

4. Proven experience as network technician or relevant position

5. Outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving and analytical skills

6. Good communication skills

7. Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols and network technologies

8. Hands-on experience with common software and hardware
