A day in the life of an Application Group Executive...

Develop and/or introduce new products, processes and packaging within factory(ies), based on R&D owned technology or in close collaboration with R&D, while taking into consideration compliance with Nestle and external standards.Support factory and marketing on projects / initiatives related to product, processes and technologies improvement including 60/40+Co-ordinate with co-packers on implementation of new products.Ensure projects (NPD, raw / packaging, inter market supply) are successfully industrialized following NPDI process and in compliance to Nestle requirement in terms of Quality, regulatory, SHE and environmental sustainability.Responsible for all processes and requirements related to Materials and Recipe Management are followed, and comply with corporate standards.Drive process and product improvements with generation of OE

savings.Flawless deployment of new product/technology from R&D to operations, including know-how.Performance improvement aligned with the objectives in accordance with guidelines.Workplace safety in compliance with the local laws striving for Zero accidents.

What will make you successful

Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Science related field (Food Sciences and Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering)1-3 years experience in Food Manufacturing/R&DAble to take initiative and work in a dynamic team environmentAbility to manage multiple projects and work to tight timelines
