**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for import & export shipment shipping documentation to meet custom clearance requirement
- Order processing for export market & coordinate with internal department to meet customer delivery schedule
- Liaise and follow up with supplier on material defect/ shortage replacement
- Ensure all Purchasing Requisition is processed within the required date
- Review customer forecast and plan for stock replenishment
- Conduct multiple sourcing for new/ existing items & prepare comparison table for supplier evaluation, selection & co-ordinate price negotiation meeting when required
- Conduct supplier performance evaluation monthly
- Responsible for department document updates from time to time
- Responsible for SST exemption and records updates
- Any job assigned from time to time

**Academic and skills requirement**
- Minimum Degree holder in any discipline
- 1-3 years level of experience
- Importation/ Export procedure - Custom requirement, Tariff & Duties, Incoterms
- Material planning and logistic
- Supplier management skills
- Communication & Negotiation skills
- Sales tax exemption
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literature - Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Segambut: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
