**Requirements**:

- Prefer muslim as for Takaful consultants (sales, customers)
- non-blacklisted
- Local (Malay) only due to Agency requirements
- Pray 5 times a day (a must)
- Min Diploma/Degree and above in a related field
- Experience/non-experience in Sales & Marketing
- Discipline, self-motivated and independent (can work alone and in team)
- Computer proficiency is preferable
- Positive mindset & energy that love to interact and meet people
- Own transport

**Responsibility**
- Responsible for attracting new clients and developing new relationships to support future business
- Handling customer enqueries and issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare proposal and quotation based on client needs
- setting appointments with clients for proposal & policy review
- Responsible for maintaining good relationships and supporting client servicing
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Business mindset

**Benefits**
- Flexible working hours (usually Monday & Wednesday need to attend Morning sharing for fulltime). Part time sharing will be around 1X per week. This is to develope high knowledge & increase motivations for consultants
- Commission ranging from RM2000 & above based on sales and performance
- Possible can reach up to RM20,000 as a consultant and up to RM60,000 in a managerial position
- Commission increment based on effort
