Technician Handyman

Job Description:

- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on properties, including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting work
- Identifying and reporting any maintenance or repair needs to the property manager or senior technician
- Coordinating with outside vendors and contractors to perform more complex repairs or installations as needed
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance and repair activities
- Responding promptly to tenant or owner requests for repairs or maintenance
- Conducting regular inspections of properties to ensure they are in good condition and address any issues in a timely manner
- Ensuring that all safety standards and regulations are met when performing maintenance and repair work

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting work
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with tenants, owners, and property managers
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
- Professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
