**[Job Responsibilities]**
- Developing recruitment strategies and hiring employees based on company's needs.
- Compiling and adjusting job description, job requirements, salary package, and benefits for all position levels and titles.
- Developing and managing vacancy ads posts at various vacancy platforms such as Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn, and etc.
- Arranging and conducting physical interview and online virtual interview.
- Collaborating with the CEO in regards to the decision of recruitment.
- Preparing offer letter and contract agreement.
- Conducting orientation for new employee.
- Collecting and updating employee's personal information and emergency contact details.
- Supervising and evaluating employee's performance.
- Overseeing and managing probation, contract, promotion, and adjustments of salary package and benefits for all employees.
- Assisting in reservation and arrangement of company event, business dinner, staff refreshment dinner, and employee's birthday celebration.
- Fulfilling ad hoc tasks and duties assigned by management from time to time.
**[Job Requirements]**
- At least bachelor or higher degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field of study.
- Required languages: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Melayu.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as an HR executive or HR officer.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and management skills.
- Excellent in verbal and written skills.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
