**Company Description**
We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets**.** These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.

We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical individual to join our Product Management Asia team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Reporting directly to the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and scaling up integrated marketing capabilities based on our growing suite of digital products that enhance trade show experiences.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Establish Marketing & Analytics Operational Excellence**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user behaviours and preferences, translating insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with product team to develop marketing operations procedures that facilitate data-driven campaigns.

**Marketing Collateral Production**:

- Assist in producing compelling marketing collateral to promote brand awareness, generate interest, and educate both internal stakeholders and external users about the features and benefits of our digital products.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all materials.

**Demand and Consideration Strategy**:

- Implement strategies to enhance demand and consideration for our digital products, aligning with the overall marketing and business objectives.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with Product Management, event/project, and marketing teams to align marketing efforts with product development roadmaps and objectives.
- Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing operations, preferably in the technology or digital products space.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Proficient in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Stripo
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing collateral.
- Proactive and results-driven, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Mandarin will be an advantage.
