Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills - Preparing CLS report monthly - deadlines by 10th of each month - Key in rating for FEMS and CLS monthly - deadlines by 30th of each month - Preparing and send out notice memo to client for PPM work schedule of FEMS and CLS monthly - deadlines by 30th of each month (for work schedule of following month) - To compile and filing all PPM checklist/work order/work request by month and by clinic and do photocopy of each checklist/work order/work request - Responsible for ensuring all record in place on equipment/tools/consumables that delivered and kept at each clinic, assign according to the correct codes - Meticulously follows proper coding for all recordings, receipts and expenses sorting, and every allocation related to operations - Responsible for keeping track and the recording of equipment/tools/consumables and item in and out from store at office - Attend, record, prepare and send out all minutes of meetings related with internal and external operation meeting - Filing receipts, prepare summaries and other supporting documents, keep proper safekeeping - Documenting reports and fix all minor issues in reports - Responsible for safekeeping of all the record and filing - Ability to follow all instructions and to collaborate with others - Must adhere to strict deadlines - Manage multiple and complex operational matters on a daily basis - Submit weekly report of work in progress, task submitted, and weekly work plan to immediate superior - Properly and timely submission of all reports and documents as instructed - Assist project engineers and operation managers to design, develop, evaluate, and troubleshoot to accomplish project goals - Assist in all other clerical and documentation task - Any other ad hoc task as assigned by the immediate superior
