IT Executive

Handling Accounting System in organization including SAP Business One (B1), AutoCount system and customized MRP system.
- Maintain and responsible for daily end-users support in hardware and software technical problems within reasonable timeframe in order to ensure smooth daily business operation.
- Troubleshooting and administration of the Nutanix AHV virtualization server, network, internet access, phone, printer, door access, attendance system, CCTV, production systems, and infrastructure.
- Perform IT controlled equipment purchase arrangement, provide information and recommendation for computer purchase.
- Network administration including VLAN network plan and IP address maintenance.
- Maintain and update existing documentation or create new documentation.
- Create user guide and provide user training.
- Assist in generating ad-hoc reports whenever necessary.
- Assist in IT project implementation.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate/Diploma / Advance Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science or equivalent
- **Minimum 1-2 years’** experience in **SAP B1 system implementation and support **.
- Good working knowledge in SAP B1, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Access, SQL.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
