Housekeeping Officer

To establish and / or implement operating procedures and standards
- Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staffs
- Coordinate inspection or inspect assigned areas to ensure standards are met
- Repair / make good of minor defects
- Notify Senior Executive Customer Service (Technical) of necessary major repairs
- Maintain and organise housekeeping inventories stock as housekeeping equipment and chemical
- Handle administrative tasks as weekly report to Head of Department
- Complete financial management tasks, such as setting and adhering to a budget department
**Job Requirements**
- At least 3 years of experience in handling any cleaning / maintenance/customer service scope of work.
- Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and good verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of tolerance handling challenging customers.
- Customer oriented individual and ability to solve problems
- Willing to be based in Teluk Intan, Perak
**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
