Roles And Responsibilities:

- Trending & tracking of daily power & water consumption
- Register to Suruhanjaya Tenaga as Competent person for the company
- Attend to all power and machines failure / short / trip / & rectify - Ensure new electrical installation are safe, correct, and legal.
- Create Contingency plan for major fault & temporary usage for electrical system
- Periodic inspection / maintenance of Fire Fighting system
- Liase with authorities such as Department of Environment (DOE), Department of Safety & Health (DOE), Jabatan Bekalan Electrik dan Gas (JBE-G), Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang (MBPP), Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang (PBAPP), Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), Indah Water Konsortium (IWK), & BOMBA and reporting of require
- Maintain DOE & DOSH file, Waste Store, TNB, PBA Log Book
- Liase & participate on site EHS committee
- Supervising Housekeeping & Landscaping - Any Other responsibilities assigned by Superior from time to time

Requirements:

- Diploma in Engineering, preferably with Chargeman Certificate
- At least 3 years working experience in Facilities field
- Familiar with Department of Environment (DOE), Department of Safety & Health (DOE), Jabatan Bekalan Electrik dan Gas (JBE-G), Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang (MBPP), Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang (PBAPP), Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), Indah Water Konsortium (IWK), & BOMBA requirement

**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per month
