**RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTIBILITIES**

**_ 1, Warehouse_**
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and vehicles maintenance operations
- Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies

**_2, Logistics_**
- Strategically plan and manage logistics and transportation service efficiently
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
- Keep track of delivery times, transport cost and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments
- Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
- Arrange domestic & international shipment

- Safety & Health
- Environment

**_REQUIREMENTS:_**
- Knowledge of warehousing and logistics principles and practices and vehicles
maintenance and management
- Record of successful distribution and logistic management
- Demonstrate ability to lead and manage staff
- Proficient in standard logistics software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
- Minimum a Diploma is related field preferred
- Proven working experience as a Warehouse and Logistics Executive with at least 5 years’ experience
