- Monitor employee performance to ensure that they are meeting company standards for quality and efficiency
- Conduct training sessions for new employees on topics such as company policies or computer programs
- Oversee the accounting cycle by managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
- Review financial reports to identify areas for improvement in the company’s performance
- Ensure that all client billing disputes are handled appropriately
- Oversee the development of new products and services to meet customer needs
- Train employees in effective sales techniques or other methods of increasing productivity
- Manage accounts payable functions such as receiving invoices, processing payments, and tracking overdue accounts
- Manage employees’ time sheets to ensure that they are accurately recording work hours
