Our client, a reputable **Vehicle Distributor and Spare Parts Manufacturer** in Malaysia that is growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently seeking for a passionate **Assistant Manager** to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with the General Manager to oversee their accounts and operation department.

- **Responsibilities**:_
- Monitor employee performance to ensure that they are meeting company standards for quality and efficiency
- Conduct training sessions for new employees on topics such as company policies or computer programs
- Oversee the accounting cycle by managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
- Review financial reports to identify areas for improvement in the company’s performance
- Ensure that all client billing disputes are handled appropriately
- Oversee the development of new products and services to meet customer needs
- Train employees in effective sales techniques or other methods of increasing productivity
- Manage accounts payable functions such as receiving invoices, processing payments, and tracking overdue accounts
- Manage employees’ time sheets to ensure that they are accurately recording work hours

- **Additional Information/ Requirement**:_
- Minimum possession of a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Studies or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience is required
- A good team player, proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess adequate problem solving skills
