Executive - Sales and Marketing

As a Sales Executive, you facilitate smooth communication between sales representatives and customers. You are in charge of achieving sales goals and maintaining positive customer relations. As a sales executive, it is also your job to help customers and make sales. Sales executives need to be friendly and highly organized. You'll spend a lot of time on administrative tasks such as managing schedules and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your primary function is to collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of sales and marketing activities. You should be skilled in creating schedules and tracking data. A central part of your job is to ensure sales goals are being met.
**Responsibilities**:
- Boosting sales effectiveness & productivity by contacting customers to close deals and ensuring up-to-date sales documentation.
- Assisting sales teams with administrative tasks and coordination.
- Handling sales logistics and shipment coordination.
- Preparing and processing sales orders and quotations.
- Assisting with sales presentations and documents preparation.
- Developing and maintaining a filing system for managing sales databases and updating sales records.
- Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that sales orders are processed promptly.
- Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports.
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team.
- Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.
**Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.
**Requirements and skills**:
*Diploma/degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 1 - 3 years related working experience, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG industries.
**English Speaking & Written Skills are Mandatory. **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Experience with analytics and online advertising, and proven success in the creation of sales and marketing campaigns.
*Willing to travel to meet business partners to resolve any sales,operational or adhoc issues.
*Good team player and able to work under mínimal supervision with a sense of urgency.
*Good track record of responsibility, resourceful and able to work independently.
*Willing to work /relocate to Johor Bahru.
*Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new sales with customers, including add-on services.
*Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence.
*Must be able to assist in all sales and marketing campaigns as needed, particularly through presentations and site inspections.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
