Web Designer

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9.30am - 6.30pm
- Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly websites and landing pages
- Collaborate with other team members to develop marketing collateral, such as infographics, e-books, and whitepapers
- Manage website content, including updating pages, writing blog posts, and optimizing pages for search engines SEO)
- Monitor website traffic and use analytics tools to track user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay up to date with latest technologies Ai technology that help in digital marketing process.
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Providing advice and guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a web designer and digital marketer
- Excellent knowledge of web design principles and best practices
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web design technologies
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress or Drupal
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Portfolio of previous work demonstrating design
- A professional UI/UX design portfolio for both web and mobile platforms.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, Photoshop, Video Editing, Lightroom, Design Systems, CANVA and Adobe Creative Suite.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
