**Job tasks**
- Operations & Technical Support (including B/F, Printers etc.)
- Tech bar / IT Solution Centre
- Audio/Video Support
- Digital Lockers & Vending Machines
- Stock Management / Asset Management
- Shipping, Disposal & Data Wiping Support Services
- IMACs and Break-fix
- VIP Support
- IT Supply Chain
- Offshore work may be required

**Required skills**
- Good general understanding of IT principles such as Networks, Hardware and Domains
- Working knowledge of leading software packages such as MS Office and Lotus Notes
- Good experience in End User device hardware and software troubleshooting
- Knowledge of mobile devices, in particular Blackberry and iPhones
- Experience with building, configuring, replacing and troubleshooting EUC hardware components
- Good Experience in Data Backup Techniques
- Familiarity with virtual, MDM and VPN environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM would be advantageous
- Knowledge of ITIL and experience of working within an ITIL environment would be beneficial
- Accurate record keeping, Able to work unsupervised, Good timekeeper, Intense focus on quality work, Productive and Efficient, Logical and analytical approach to work, Able to communicate clearly and effectively with end users, Exceptional customer facing skills

Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Monday - Friday)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
