Role & Responsibilities
Check site conditions for suitability prior to construction.
Observe, check and record works execution is in accordance with approved methods.
Check instructions are being carried out.
Check services locations and ensure their protection.
Record inspections, test, work executed etc.
Check material delivered are as approved and properly stored.
Observe site safety procedures.
Measures work done when required.
Assist in the preparation of ‘as-built’ drawings.
Have minimum knowledge and skills in using relevant computer software.
Act positively, and participate in all health and safety issues at site, as required by the Resident Engineer, and project Safety Representative.
Must comply with safety, health and risk management requirements.
Qualification & Requirement
Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline from a recognized University/Institution.
Minimum 5 years of strong work experience with infrastructure projects (slope, road, bridge, sewerage, etc.).
Registered COW/IOW from Board of Engineering Malaysia (BEM) is and added advantage.
Should have good communication skills and inspection skills.
Able to work under pressure and independently with mínimal supervision.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 30 months
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
