We are looking for a Front Office Assistant responsible to response to all guests request in the timely manner and carry out work accordance to front office standard operating procedures set by the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guest service, checks in guests, input reservation into IFCA system, collecting room deposit before issuing room keys and log all records of room key be taken by maintenance with the work order form.
- To answer, confirm and process all requests for reservation according to the established procedure. Take all messages and pass to guest in the timely manner.
- Carry out handover at the beginning and end of the end each shift.
- Count float money, mínimart selling stock, room key and cash deposit at beginning and end of the shift.
- To filling all report accordingly, tidy up front desk counter, back office and lobby area during shift.
- To call housekeeping double check the room for all departure room for guest to check in.
- To report all move, complaint and maintenance defect according to procedures.
- To drop the remittance envelope as deposit and cash receives during shift correctly according to the cashier report.
- To know who is the manager & security on duty every day in case of emergency.

**Job Requirements**:

- SPM or and above.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field is required
- Bahasa Malaysia, English or any other dialects will be an added advantage
