**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Sales Support Associate (Data Entry) plays a crucial role in enhancing sales operations by providing essential support in data extraction, real-time messaging, campaign dissemination, and data management. Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach contribute to the efficiency and success of sales initiatives.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**:
**1. Data Extraction from E-commerce Platforms**:

- Utilize various tools and techniques to extract relevant data from e-commerce platforms accurately and completely.

**2. Real-Time Message Blasting**:

- Execute real-time messaging strategies promptly to engage with customers and prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to customize messages according to specific needs and opportunities.

**3. Campaign Blasting**:

- Assist in executing marketing campaigns by disseminating promotional materials and messages.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.

**4. Data Sorting in Sheets**:

- Organize and categorize extracted data in spreadsheets for easy access and analysis.
- Implement data sorting techniques to streamline information retrieval and reporting processes.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATION)**
- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / Diploma in Business Administration and / or Marketing, with demonstrated proficiency in data management and communication tools/software
- 1- 2 Years experience in Sales and / or Data Entry

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
