JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
- Operations Management
- People Management - Manage KPIs and day to day operations of subordinates. Hold regular meetings with the team as well as individuals (one to ones) to make sure staff welfare is taken care of.
Request Handling - accountable to handle ad hoc requests on BMD, CAM, IPTV Support, VM and CRM ID related matters and coordinate with POS Malaysia, Finance and other business unit.
- Reporting - Accountable to present reports that would aid department in improving quality of service. Reports include incident trends, common problems, operations dashboard and other reports deemed necessary either scheduled or ad-hoc.
- Meetings - Accountable to hold meetings with support groups to discuss pressing issues as well as to present stats for each group on ticket handling as well as incident updates.
- Contract Management
- To ensure all the contract is active and involve end to end contract related (renewal & tender).
- Communication - Accountable to ensure information is disseminated to either management and/or stakeholders when there is a crisis or major incident or when important updates needs to be sent out to the business pertaining to Operations/ Departmental.
- Operation - To monitor and ensure no pending task perform by team on daily basis to avoid any unnecessary complain from internal business user or customers. Budget tracking on usage verses actual.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
What you will do:
- Degree or a professional qualification in any relevant field in Business Studies/Financial Accounting or relevant or 3 - 5 years with working experience in similar environment
- Preferably Senior Executive specialising in Billing Industry and Finance or equivalent
- Working experience in handling subscriber, pay-tv.telco industry or similar or strong knowledge in printing and General Pos Malaysia an added advantage
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge in programming an added advantage such as ASP.net, Javascript & JQuery, Microsoft SQL server or exposure in Robotics Process Automation tools
- Budgeting experience such as handling OPEX/CAPEX
