**Key Responsibilities**:

- Key-in all incoming warranty item into system
- All warranty incoming should be key in to the system on the same day it come.
- Control the time units of warranty jobs and all clocking.
- Control the overall warranty time to not exceed 5 days start from the logging time.
- Conduct necessary testing, troubleshooting and repairing for the warranty items.
- To follow the right procedure of testing as every items will have different method of working.
- Responsible for labelling warranty tags and upkeep of warranty/goodwill parts and their disposal according to Principal Guidelines.
- Keep all warranty item well label for easy reference and organized in well manner.
- Responsible for keeping the warranty storage area clean and organized.
- Arrange all items according to the respective places to avoid misplaced or lost.
- Monitor the status of warranty claims after submission
- Keep track on the device progress warranty claim status with principal.
- Update warranty records and provide monthly submissions summary to direct supervisor, cc: to HOD.
- Understand all the process involve from start to end of the warranty claim and record it in report for future reference.
- Provide monthly report on warranty claim status.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in networking or CCTV products such as Switch, Access Point, Router, IP camera and etc is preferred.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree qualification or above majoring in Telecommunication, IT, Computer Science, Engineering is preferred.
- Experienced in handling and troubleshooting technical issues.
