Social Media Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create & manage company social media platform
- Plan & Create video content on a regular basis in our Social Media Platform (TikTok & Facebook) to build and retain a loyal viewership to promote our products
- Collaborate with other content creators or influencers/affiliate to cross-promote and create more engaging and diverse content.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of content campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and new digital marketing techniques to provide innovative ideas and strategies for continuous improvement.
- Manage and maintain an organized content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely delivery of content across social media platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and direct messages.
- Run regular social media promotions and campaigns and track their success

**Qualifications**:

- Knowing Chinese language is added advantages
- Have experience in Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram or e-commerce marketplace.
- Have experience dealing with affiliate in tiktok will be added advantages.
- A passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to multi-task is vital.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with understanding of target audience preferences and behaviors.
- Strong project management and execution abilities.

**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
