1.4 To prepare monthly attendance and OT record-HR payroll

1.5 To prepare daily/ monthly packing output report

1.6 To prepare daily individual contract packer packing output report

1.7 To prepare MR for purchase, repair and service item

1.8 To prepare OT request form

1.9 To update headcount report-HR

1.10 To prepare, record and filing record/report

1.11 To upkeep and housekeeping office

1.12 To remind head of department meeting/ audit/ visit schedule and preparation

1.13 To maintain departmental safety and health facilities

1.14 To maintain departmental process/ work area labelling

1.16 To support file/ doc/ record keeping for Projects

1.17 To support head of department in counselling session

1.18 To share and report work flow abnormality, accident and incident happened in workplace to superior

1.19 To carry out and support other duties as given by Management from time to time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
