Cost Analysis and Breakdown: Accurately dissect and break down costs of individual travel components (accommodation, flights, transport arrangements, excursions, tour guides) upon receipt of inquiries. Calculate expenses associated with each component ensuring precision and attention to detail.

Supplier Benchmarking: Conduct surveys to benchmark prices from various suppliers for individual travel components. Record prices from main supply sources as references for future quotations.

Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with potential suppliers in transportation, excursions, and tour guides to enhance the availability of competitive options.

Reservations and Booking: Handle reservations and booking requests based on customer needs. Maintain and follow up pre and during and post travels.

Market Research and Price Maintenance: Conduct surveys to track popular travel components in the target market. Maintain a comprehensive record of component prices for reference and analysis purposes.

Innovative Proposal: Identify and propose popular travel package combinations to the company for potential inclusion in our service offerings.

Tour Experience Tracking: Follow up on ongoing tours to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent issues from occurring.

Others: As we are a startup, coordinators must be ready to take on new challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Work experience as a travel agent or travel coordinator (preferred)
- Proven experience in cost analysis, supplier relationship management, or similar roles within the travel industry (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and industry trends
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple work tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite as well as Google Workspace
- Language requirements: English and Mandarin

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 - 48 per week
