Drives policies and procedures that monitor and support the organization’s operational and financial business objectives. Provides analysis reports and advice to management in the areas of operations, resource management, finance, revenue accounting, pricing, and/or contracts. Develops and monitor metrics to measure other key performance indicators and group performance.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Drive strategic operational programs/initiatives across departments at the direction of the Management Leader such as ISO9001, ISO45001.
- Be responsible for program quality, adoption, compliance throughout the process.
- Report overall program status to management on regular and ad-hoc basis.
- Evaluate and drive improvements to the business processes using systems as the enabler.
- Conduct end-user training when necessary.
- Evaluate and advise on ways to improve data quality and ensure data integrity and consistency across functional teams.
- Interact with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, create new processes/solutions, and resolve complex data problems.
- Work with different of Departments to generate reports from a variety of sources, including Field Service management system.
- Drive and coordinate the metrics for a Monthly Business Review.
- Put in place the governance and operational working practices of the program.

**Requirements**:
1. Degree in business management, engineering, computer science, information technology or equivalent.

2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Application Support. Fresh graduate who have strong interest are encouraged to apply.

4. Highly proficient and skilled in MS Office especially in MS Excel & PowerPoint

5. Excellent analytic skills, attention to detail. Ability to turn data into Insights.

6. Ability to drive a culture of using data insights to help drive decision-making.

7. Solid grasp of the business side of technology with an understanding and passion for metrics/analysis to deliver on business objectives.

8. Excellent written and oral communication skills, active listener, and able to respond effectively to feedback from global stakeholders.

9. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision while exercising excellent judgment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,359.74 - RM5,000.00 per month
